The Wizard of Oz is really a story about the central bank, in the book Dorothy wears silver slippers and walks the yellow brick road (gold) trail as she hops along to the Emerald city aka Washington DC under the spell of the Federal Reserve Bankers.
Frank Baum began his career as a newspaper editor, in Aberdeen-South Dakota, he would have lived through, and experienced all of the Banking Panics that occurred shortly after the Civil War between 1871 to 1890 of which the nation was still healing from, and recreating itself, first by the Act of 1871 where the Congress put back together, the Federal Union, first by incorporating the Federal Territory – all federal property, buildings, programs, persons became incorporated as one entity known as the UNITED STATES CORPORATION; while in 1874 they adopt a law of which created a Municipal Government for D.C.
Beginning in the early 1870’s – the Congress would now appoint a governor of the territory, alongside two secretaries to help govern over, and manage the territory, while today, the ‘residents’ of the territory elect a Mayor and 9 Member Council.
While, seemingly, the States gave to the Federal Government more authority by means of the 14th Amendment of which established the United States Citizen, of whom today is a ‘citizen’ of this territory, which was perpetrated in order to grant citizenship to all American-Born Africans recently emancipated, and to also grant freedom to all the “Americans” who were enslaved in prison camps held as prisoners of war, and so long as they agreed to retake their oath to the “territory”, they had their freedom restored.
All the while, during the Civil War – Congress amended the 1841 Preemption Act, an early “Settlement Act” which had allowed Americans to move westward, claim, purchase, and obtain land patents (warrants) to help develop the land in the west. In 1862, Congress had amended that act, with the passage of the Homestead Act which slightly changed the Settlement Act in order to only allow those “Americans” loyal to the union, allowing them to claim 40, 80, 120, 160, 320 acres of land. Many new territories, township claims, and states were formed under this ‘act’, many of whom pledged their loyalty to the “Federal Government”.
During these “Reconstruction Years” – the Congress adopted many acts, such as the Civil Right Acts, which granted privileges, immunities, special rights to those who became U.S Citizens today, while they continued to adopt banking acts to uniform, and adopt codes of which began contractually, obligating banks across the ‘territory’ to the central bankers, of whom under the Act of 1871 gained the privilege of overseeing, and monitoring the ‘debts’ owed by Washington, D.C, now a formed “Municipality”.
Keep in mind, prior to the Civil War, the Second Bank of North America was completely discontinued, and there was a movement ever since, by the international bankers to regain their control over the North American Continent – the Western Bankers.
It would have been this period in time that many mythical stories were being formed to help explain this period, Robinhood was formed and authored by Howard Pyle in 1883 to explain the robber barons of whom would take from the bankers, to give to the poor, giving back to them, what the banks had stolen, then the Wizard of Oz, the book was written by Frank Baum between 1890 to 1906, of which explained how the ‘central bankers’ were beginning to take hold of America, causing all of the banking panics which were causing havoc throughout America.
Robinhood – Written for children, Pyle maintains a perky tone throughout the book and often addresses the reader directly while describing Robin Hood’s adventures, sprinkling humor throughout. Pyle’s version of Robin Hood was one of the first that was described as truly heroic, seeking to fix all the injustices around him. The Robin Hood of this time period became increasingly popular and had a big influence on later writers, artists, and filmmakers, and helped to make him a popular figure in the United States.
One of the people that Robinhood may have inspired, was Frank Baum, the author of the legendary book – Wizard of Oz!
On the long journey to the Emerald City, Dorothy and Toto are joined by the Scarecrow, who wishes he had brains; the Tin Woodman, who longs for a heart; and the Cowardly Lion, who seeks courage. They face many trials along their route, but they overcome them all, often because of the Scarecrow’s good sense, the Tin Woodman’s kindness, and the bravery of the Cowardly Lion. At last they reach the Emerald City, where the Guardian of the Gates outfits them with green-lensed glasses and leads them to the Palace of Oz. Oz tells them that no favours will be granted until the Wicked Witch of the West has been killed.
While, the Scarecrow would be representing the ‘farmers’ of the midwest, those intelligent people of whom own the land, farmed the land, in support of their families, the people around them, in support of providing themselves a good means of life, a people simply wishing to find themselves, educate themselves, and dream of new concepts to latch onto a more means to finance themselves; the Tin-Man then represents the steel workers of whom were beginning together, unionizing their means of searching for their heart, to locate their ability to utilized their labor, their precious metals, using silver as a means to barter their labor, thus capitalizing on a system outside the bankers who were controlling the gold, let alone the federal monetary system. While finally, the third person Dorothy meets along the way was the Cowardly Lion, of whom represented William Jennings Bryan of whom was a Democratic Senator from Nebraska of whom latched onto the silver movement, conjoining himself with the Farmers, the Steelworkers, and the Midwesterners, all of whom wished to breakaway, from the controls of the central bankers.
“Never be afraid to stand with the minority when the minority is right, for the minority which is right will one day be the majority, furthermore, “There are two ideas of government. There are those who believe that, if you will only legislate to make the well-to-do prosperous, their prosperity will leak through on those below. The DEMOCRATIC idea, however, has been that if you legislate to make the masses prosperous, their prosperity will find its way up through every class which rests upon them”, of which he later closed with the following statement, “Burn down your cities and leave our farms, and your cities will spring up again as if by magic; but destroy our farms and the grass will grow in the streets of every city in the country.” ~ William Jennings Bryan
As Dorothy sought out and began her journey, she first meets, and speaks to Glenda, the Good Witch of the Eastern Industrial, and Banking Interests of whom supported a more capitalized, and freer society of banking, that protected the local interests; of which her house landed on, she ended up killing the Wicked Witch of the “East” of which the Wicked Witch of the West was the malevolent ruler of the Winkie Country Her castle is described as beautiful instead of being the sinister fortress shown in the film. The Wicked Witch of the West was not related to the Wicked Witch of the East, but leagued together with her, the Wicked Witch of the South, and the Wicked Witch of the North to conquer the Land of Oz and divide it among themselves. She shows no interest in the death of the Eastern Witch and all she cares about is obtaining the Silver Shoes which will increase her power. Most of her power resides in the creatures she controls. She has a pack of 40 great wolves, a flock of 40 crows, a swarm of black bees, and an army of Winkies.[1] She possesses the enchanted Golden Cap, which compels the winged monkeys to obey her on three occasions. First, the witch commanded the creatures to help her enslave the Winkies and to seize control of the western part of the Land of Oz. Second, she made the winged monkeys drive the Wizard of Oz’s army out of the Winkie Country, when he attempted to overthrow her.
While she sets forth, on the journey to speak to the Wizard of Oz, of whom holds power over, and within the Emerald City, representing the “Federal Reserve Chairman” of which manages over, and oversees the bankers, her goal was to reach out and help unite the country, in order to bring some resolve to the growing tension throughout the country itself.
However, the Wicked Witch of the “West’ casts out and sends her Monkeys, representing her I.R.S hedgemen, to seek out, and stop Dorothy and her friends from succeeding, thus keeping them bound, obligated, and enslaved to the “divide” fast occuring.
The main plot was set in Kansas, most likely thanks to Frank Baum’s family ties to the midwest, and the breadbasket of America, for it represented during this time period, as the educated farmers, the heart of America, and the Courage of the People so, willing to stand up, and attempt to make peace between the North, and South, bringing America back together.
Dorothy, of whom most likely represented an independent, carefree, American Pioneer of whom was sent to deliver the message to the Wizard, requesting his help to save their farms, their lands being overtaken by these centralized powers at-large.
Just as Dorothy, and her small coalition of friends reach the Emerald City of Gold – they run into, and fall asleep within the Poppy Field, which most likely represented the Opium Wars that were occuring between 1840 and 1890.
“And now my beauties, something with poison in it I think, with poison in it, but attractive to the eye and soothing to the smell . . . poppies, poppies, poppies will put them to sleep.” according to the beliefs of the Wicked Witch of the West…
From the original Book – Wizard of Oz – “Now it is well known that when there are many of these flowers together their odor is so powerful that anyone who breathes it falls asleep, and if the sleeper is not carried away from the scent of the flowers, he sleeps on and on forever. But Dorothy did not know this, nor could she get away from the bright red flowers that were everywhere about; so presently her eyes grew heavy and she felt she must sit down to rest and to sleep. . . . “If we leave her here she will die,” said the Lion. “The smell of the flowers is killing us all.”
Moral of the theme – if you have fallen asleep at the wheel, you would have become passive, and disenchanted, and remained elusive to the powers at-large, allowing for them to maintain their power over the people themselves.
And, while Dorothy and her friends managed to make their way to the Emerald City of Oz, and speak to the Wizard, she finds that the Wizard was really not there to help her, at all, but she finds that the power to make her own decisions in life, really vested in her own ability to think for herself, maintain her heart, and loyalty to her people, while finding the courage to stand up and defend, herself, her family, and her community, and it is there, she learns, she had the power to return home, herself.
But….after the election of 1908, and with Wilson becoming president, the central bankers latched on stronger and by 1933, the bankers stole their land, our personhood, and our property rights, and by 1972, they had finally centralized the gold.
Today, William Jennings Bryan became known as the cowardly lion who ran off Into sunset unable to save us, and eventually, it all led to the rise of Facism, allowing the “centralized bankers” to capitalize on the hopes, the dreams, and accomplishments of the people, the very same people of whom rose up against them, but here is where we get a glimpse of how the people allowed the bankers to keep them under their spell…
While Dorothy was able to return home, with a newfound hope that all would be better again, the Steelworkers unionized themselves, anchoring themselves to the riches, and the powers of the centralized system of bartering, while the Farmer became beholden to the traps set by the bankers, of whom now promised to them, tax subsidies, allowances, and riches so long as they remain loyal to the central banking system, and finally – William Jennings Bryan returned home, unable to convince the ‘people’ of standing up for their beliefs, of whom simply rode off into the sunset, unable to maintain his ability to keep the people on their sovereign path, while the Centralized Bankers powerhold over Washington D.C grew so powerful, the Federal Government became further burdened to a growing dependence on the loans being written by the Central Bankers, while soon later, they recreated, and convinced Congress to adopt, and establish the privately owned Federal Reserve to control the “American Banks”.
By 1910, the people had one last chance to maintain their freedoms, however, by the end of World War One – it was evident that the International Bankers had gained the upper hand, by paying for, and grabbing control of the American Currency.
The Federal Reserve was created in 1913, alongside the 16th and 17th Amendments, which allowed the Federal Government to hold Americans to the debt, by convincing Americans to pay a ‘tax’ on their property, property of which by means of the 1933 Federal Emergency Banking Act which led to the bankers taking control of all the land, convincing states to take ownership of the land, the property, the persons, while enslaving them to the debts, tax subsidies, and allowances paid for by the bank, of which the income tax was the payment of which to pay back the bankers themselves; and with the passage of the Gold Reduction Act, it was now unlawful for Americans to keep control of the gold, of which allowed the Federal Govt to confiscate that gold, holding it in Fort Knox, while by 1972, that gold was transferred to the Federal Reserve itself, lost to us forever.
Americans did, unfortunately fall asleep, lost in confusion, manipulation, losing their heart, their courage to stand up for themselves, and with the passage of the Social Security Tax Act – beholden ever stronger to the Federal Government itself, and by 1954, with the passage of the Internal Revenue Tax Act, they lost their faith, and their desire to stand united, against this ‘centralized system’, of which a promise was made, that churches, congregations, would give up their ability to speak freely, by accepting the greatest bribe of all – chartering their “Non-Profits” electing to remain quiet, against this system, so long as they made no profit, they did not have to pay the tax, but with that privilege, they lost their voice…
Today – Americans have become beholden to the “Federalist System” of Tax Subsidies, Credits, Allowances, and Federal Monies. Which has led to a shrinking American Economy, a shrinking American Dollar, and Inflation so great, that is has bankrupted the American Dream of maintaining their Sovereignty, their Independency, their Liberties – all things they fought for between 1763 to 1783.
The story of the Wizard of Oz was a mythological story, of how a “Free’ People’ can lose their way, fall asleep, and become enslaved to a Capitalized, Fascist, and Centralized, and Powerful Entity.
