September 2, 2023 – at the end of a Global Conflict between Great Britain, France, and Spain, the powers at-large agreed to the Paris, Peace Treaty of 1763, in this treaty, some major sections of land agreements took place between the three countries, but most importantly, the British had agreed to downsize, begin the process of removing their huge armies from the North American Continent. As part of the agreement, Great Britain would maintain the North Eastern Territory, Spain would grab a huge tract of land in the heartland – the French Louisiana, and France would gain parts of land in the northern parts.
However, this was only the beginning of Revolutionary Period in time, that triggered other events among the American Colonies, all of which were led when the Protestants began to rise up in a quest to separate themselves from the stronghold of which the Holy Roman Empire had on the Monarchy, let alone the Colonies themselves, to which these pastors began organizing their congregations, holding Public Meetings, of which allowed them to join forces with other colonies, holding conventions all across the Northeast Territory, to whom they were beginning to arm themselves, gain some authority to organize, while together, the American Colonies now had signed pacts to stand together, in a quest to separate themselves from the Monarchy, let alone form a new government – this leads the Monarch to refer to these pastors as the Black Robe Regiment, and the movement that leads to Revolutionary Ideas.
Like today, you begin to see the American People starting to organize behind an America First Movement, with the goal of Communicating with Each Other.
During the first ten years of the movement (1764 to 1774), the people were merely organizing, holding meetings, re-establishing themselves on principles of Morals, Religious Convictions, Responsibility, while drafting their Freedom Documents to which would guide their public policies in the years ahead, thus utilizing a Strategy, that allowed the Residents of the Colonies to form “Small Subdivisions” or Precincts to which each would have at least one elected chairperson, to which allowed them to best manage public meetings, organizing themselves, appointing or electing at-large representatives of their areas.
Beginning in 1775, the Monarchy, led by the British Army saw this as an Act Against the Powers At-Large, and began committing troops to guard British Loyalists, their Forts, in an effort to control the discussion, let alone the movements of the American People, they were trying to Silence the American People, hence, the Stamp Act – which was nothing more than a taxing authority to force the Americans to pay a fee, if they wished to send communications back and forth, as they attempted to reach out and discuss the political affairs of the country itself, and this began to anger the Americans even further.
In 1776, the Colonies adopted their Declaration, which became their plight to become an Independent Group of People, let alone announce to the world their intent to declare their Sovereignty, beginning their mission to establish for themselves, their own Organization of Self Government, to which they can control.
By 1777, the Americans adopted, and agreed to, operate together under the Articles of Confederation, which were nothing more than a loosely set of rules of which they agreed to act under, as they now form the United States of America, of which the colonies now became States, to whom the people sent Delegates to a centralized place, to discuss Foreign Affairs, a National Monetary System, to help Raise and Hold an Army to Defend their National Borders.
One of the first acts they adopted, was the Northwest Ordinance later that year, this was merely an attempt to plan for, to zone sections of their land, creating political subdivisions, to set public policies to which would establish territorial governments, with the end goal of creating permanent seats of government. Out of this ordinance, the people would create “states”, and from this ordinance, a simple set of manage those states, and to act in the best interests of the states. What they were doing was Establishing themselves a “Republic” of Free, Independent, and Sovereign People” as they promised.

the estates, both of resident and nonresident proprietors in the said territory, dying intestate, shall descent to, and be distributed among their children, and the descendants of a deceased child, in equal parts;

the descendants of a deceased child or grandchild to take the share of their deceased parent in equal parts among them;

until the governor and judges shall adopt laws as hereinafter mentioned, estates in the said territory may be devised or bequeathed by wills in writing, signed and sealed by him or her in whom the estate may be (being of full age), and attested by three witnesses;

real estates may be conveyed by lease and release, or bargain and sale, signed, sealed and delivered by the person being of full age, in whom the estate may be, and attested by two witnesses, provided such wills be duly proved;
-
such conveyances be acknowledged, or the execution thereof duly proved, and be recorded within one year after proper magistrates, courts, and registers shall be appointed for that purpose; and
-
personal property may be transferred by delivery; saving, however to the French and Canadian inhabitants, and other settlers of the Native Indian Tribe, and the neighboring villages who have heretofore professed themselves citizens of Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, their laws and customs now in force among them, relative to the descent and conveyance, of property.
The Colonies were transitioning from the old form of government, to a new form of government(s), thus Usurping Power within the Northeast Territory, to which under the ordinance, they could now put in place a temporary government, allowing them to elect or appoint a Governor, a Legislative Council, and a House of Representatives – of which the Legislative Council was to be made up of 5 Members, of which each had to have owned at least 50 acres of land in the district, of whom the “representatives’ being elected by the residents, would nominate at least 10 persons, of which Congress then votes to appoint 5 of them to the Legislative Council. Therefore for a period of five years, together, the Governor, the 5 Members of the Legislative Council, and the House of Representatives shall adopt, and make laws for the territory.

The governor, judges, legislative council, secretary, and such other officers as Congress shall appoint in the district, shall take an oath or affirmation of fidelity and of office; the governor before the president of congress, and all other officers before the Governor.

The council and house assembled in one room, shall have authority, by joint ballot, to elect a delegate to Congress,

The Delegate, shall have a seat in Congress, with a right of debating but not voting during this temporary government
The job of the Temporary Government – the Governor, the Legislative Council, the House of Representatives, with their Delegate to Congress, is to establish, and to ensure to the people of the Territory, to adopt policies, laws, and codes of which uphold the fundamental principles of civil and religious liberty, of which form the basis whereon these republics are to be formed, as agreed to by the declaration of 1776, the articles of confederation, and of the united states constitution itself, of which all laws and codes are to be fixed and establish those principles as the basis of all laws, constitutions, and governments, which forever hereafter shall be formed in the said territory:

to provide also for the establishment of States,
-
to provide for a permanent government therein,
-
to provide for their admission to a share in the federal councils on an equal footing with the original States with the original States, at as early periods as may be consistent with the general interest.
At this point, this becomes the referenced point in time, the Holy Roman Empire, the Monarch, and the British Parliament knew, they have lost control, and the ability to govern over the people, and within a few years, they had agreed to the Paris Peace Treaty of 1783, to which they finally recognized the total Sovereignty, of the American People, to whom have since established for themselves their 13 Free, Independent, and Sovereign State Republics.
Over the previous twenty years, they had utilized a “Strategy”, today known as the Precinct Strategy, to which they used to organized the people, holding town hall events, held in churches, public buildings and places, to which they elected “committee people” to which would through “private conventions” – meet in, discuss initiatives, resolutions, let alone nominate and choose their Governors, Attorney Generals, Secretary of States, State Treasures, State Auditors, Land Commissioners, School Commissioners. All of which would watch over, execute the laws adopted, and govern over the ‘governments’ themselves.
Once the Americans had their “States Governments” in place, and it was determined, they may need a “permanent” central government to do business on behalf of the states, in 1787, they decided to call forth a second convention to discuss the probability of creating a United States Constitution, which would create a permanent National District – of which would hold a National Congress, the Executive of All the States, and the Judiciary to Enforce those Rules.
By 1791, the job was completed, the American People had risen, they had organized, and they had Established themselves a “Free Republic” of Individual, Free, and Sovereign States, each of course, where they could appoint Two Senators, and whereas the People could elect their Representatives, while the acting through their Executive Electors – choose one person among them to Act as the Chief Executive of the United States itself.
That process had taken nearly thirty years from the point it started, but once completed, the American People finally had their “Free Republic” to which they could stand on, form their own policies, being allowed to pay only the taxes they so choose to pay, let alone represent their own interests abroad, globally.
Almost immediately, the Global At-Large Powers began to attempt to bring down that American Republic, by means of Global Banking Abilities, the War of 1812, to the Civil War itself, by 1871, they had utilized the same strategy, in reverse, to hijack, and take ownership of the American Central Government.
Today, after nearly 136 years, American People have again, fought for, and organized tirelessly again, to take back control of their National District.
In 2007, and by 2010, Americans began rising up against this neocon movement, they first led the effort shortly after the Patriot Act of 2004, and by the Affordable Care Act being adopted in 2010, the Tea Party Movement led the effort to replace many of these so called leftist idealistic persons in Washington D.C, with a steady means of installing “Patriots” into the U.S Senate, the U.S House, and placing their Electors for President, leading to placing their man in the Executive Mansion. Utilizing the Precinct Strategy, to push for, and install America First Candidates in positions of power in the County and Precinct Committee Chairs, which forces many of the State Legislatures, County Commissions, and City Councils in all of the 50 States today to implement their policies, of which out of this movement, came the Presidency of Donald Trump, of which became the symbol around the world, that America was changing from within. Do not believe this, check out the words of President Trump’s Inaugural Address in 2017 – “Today s ceremony, however, has very special meaning, because today we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another, or from one party to another, but we are transferring power from Washington, D.C., and giving it back to you, the people.” Trump said in January 2017, and by January 2021, “We fight like hell. And if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.”
If history is doomed to repeat itself, then we are now in the midst of a Second Revolutionary Period, of which I now believed after the Presidential Term of George Bush (2005-2009), when the Americans, from within the Republican Party began rising up against the Neocon Establishment, and thanks to both George Bush’s Patriot Act, and Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act – the birth of the Tea Party was reborn, of which led to the organization within the party itself, to which led to the Patriot Movement, utilizing that same “Precinct Strategy” of adopting new initiatives, resolutions, and the nomination of new candidates – the plan was to put new people in the United States House of Representatives, in order to implement the America First Policies, by 2016, they had put in place their State Governors, Attorney Generals, Secretary of States, State Auditors, Land Commissioners, U.S Senators – to which gave them ever more power, to install new Presidential Electors, to which led to the Rise of Donald Trump, to whom helped to Enact those Policies into Federal Laws.
We have since, taken back the United States Supreme Court, and have since installed many new Federal Judges across all of the Federal Districts, to maintaining a power hold on the Precinct’s within the States themselves, we now have the power held among us to “Re-Create a Territory” which will allow us to put back into place, that 1789 Constitution, the “Republic” itself, thus Grabbing Power back from the Global Elite, of which had stolen our “government”.
If this period is like the first, then the Second Revolution began in 2007, and we are currently in year #16, which would place us on the same concurrent path, as our founding fathers (1779), in our quest to put back in place our own “means of self government” of which may be completed by the year 2035.
If I am correct, if we can win this Political Fight for control of Washington D.C by the year 2035, it will be just in the nick of time to be in place by the year 2040, of which The Jubilee is the year at the end of seven cycles of shmita and, according to biblical regulations, had a special impact on the ownership and management of land in the Land of Israel. According to the Book of Leviticus, Hebrew slaves and prisoners would be freed, debts would be forgiven, and the mercies of God would be particularly manifest.
You shall count off seven Sabbaths of years, seven times seven years; and there shall be to you the days of seven Sabbaths of years, even forty-nine years. Then you shall sound the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month. On the Day of Atonement you shall sound the trumpet throughout all your land. You shall make the fiftieth year holy, and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a jubilee to you; and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family. That fiftieth year shall be a jubilee to you. In it you shall not sow, neither reap that which grows of itself, nor gather from the undressed vines. For it is a jubilee; it shall be holy to you. You shall eat of its increase out of the field. In this Year of Jubilee each of you shall return to his property.
If this is all biblical prophecy coming true, and if the Year 2040 is the Jubilee, and is the 50th Year, this American movement really began in 1990, the year the New World Order (George H.W Bush) proclaimed to the world that it was grabbing full control of our governments, to whom they have held hostage since.
This would have coincided with the rise of the Neocon Political Movement in the United States which rose to power in 1998, while it fell seven years later, while giving birth to the newfound Tea Party Movement in 2005, to which the Patriot Movement was born seven years thereafter in 2012, of which the Trumpet was sounded during the Presidential Term of Donald Trump 2017-2021, to which today, we are currently suffering through the trials and tribulations, of which will set up us up for that last stage leading to the Jubilee.

2022 to 2029………..The Trials and Tribulation
2030 to 2037………..The Restoration of the American Republic
2038 to 2040………..The Second Coming of Jesus, Renowned Faith, the Jubilee
